Has a 10 minute cooldown.
Does not actually seem to share a cooldown with either healing potions or battle potions, contrary to the tooltip.
Knockback is around a 15-20 yd distance, so it's not terribly far. This could be useful for wPvP, though.

Tested this out on a mob on Zuldazar; unfortunately it's targeted, only effects one target, is melee range, and has a 10 minute cooldown. You read that right, 10 minutes. The knock back range seems similar to a shaman's Thunderstorm.
I was so excited to make this belt and so disappointed when I finally tried it out..

As was said, this done not share a CD with potions even though it says it does.

This makes this a great pvp item. After using the pvp talent "Hi-Explosive Trap," you can use this item to blast them off a cliff if the first try didn't get them far enough. Works great for blasting people off Lumber Mill in Arathi BG.

This shifts you out of druid forms, which limits its use for bears as an extra interrupt while tanking other things.

Even though it says it shares a CD with potions, it no longer shares a CD with potions. So particularly handing for sanguine weeks or other situations where a mob might need to be moved without putting your battle/utility potion on CD for 10 minutes.
