10 years... long time to try and forget an expansion. It ruined Azeroth alright.
Do you think saying "long imprisoned" is factually correct? :PI mean... He went there by choice after being soundly beaten to recover from his wounds... And he left by his own volition, he wasn't really being held there :)

It was ballsy of them to remake all the zones. Just wish they didn't remove old raids.
I wanted to fly but in the original vanilla WoW zones just to sit on that one hill here or there we could not get to before. I understand the need to fill in the areas that were never rendered. In my humble opinion, I wish they would have added the new zones, filled in the back areas that needed to be rendered and then adjusted quest flow. Or perhaps just leave the classic zones to no flight even if quests were somewhat adjusted. I wanted to explore the old world from the sky. I left in BFA and returned for classic just to experience the original zones as those of us from Vanilla, BC and Wrath remember them. The complete redo made it so I rarely return to the zones. They are so different I do not enjoy seeing the world remade post-Cataclysm Deathwing era.
The only expansion i have never played and i will not...
Sad to think we've been stuck with the cata zone/dungeon revamps for 10 years now. I wish they would add some neat way in the caverns of time or something to explore the old zones and dungeons (for transmog collecting's sake, I know we could just log on classic).
This is the reason Cataclysm is the worst expansion - it permanently removed so much content from the game, most of which I find worse than the original, so the expansion is still lingering 10 years later (unlike BFA where it leaves no permanent mark on the game, so we can just wash it all away and forget it existed).
Please re-add Deathwing mount. My ilvl was not good enough back then... Damn you, BFA! :Wah:

I had this FOS back on my American Server, this Cata was when I technically started playing.But when I moved to Europe couldn't take my account with me so forever lost it.Thanks Blizz <3
Oddly enough I was happy with the changes from 10 years ago. As someone who has gone through many of the content it was one the best changes for newer players for sure.
Last time I was on my characters at the very 1st day of a new expansion was precisely the 1st day of 4.0, on Taiwan server Night Song.Now, ten years later, I've moved to Canada, and I'm gonna do the same thing again, on Area 52 of NA!For the Horde!
Gratz the worst expansion ever.. made me ice wow during that time.
