Lmao, it’s all well and good to reduce app bloat, until the bnet app asks me to authenticate to log in because the devs forgot to flip a switch or blush a button somewhere….
Am I forced to install the battle.net app now even though I only need the athenticator?
I guess just me, but I've never used the "Blizzard" app and only use the authenticator. I see where this is going.
Any one using an iPhone and on ios 16.4.1, have issues with the battle.net app not working? Not showing friends, chats or anything?

I don't know why they bother to add it to the Blizzard app. That trash app never works for me, it won't let me log in.
It would be nice if they would just switch to regular TOTP so I can use my regular authenticator software for it. I don't understand why Battle.net and Steam have to ship their own proprietary system with their own apps while perfectly fine open alternatives that the whole world uses for everything exist.
