I love it when WoWhead publishes an article about a "feature" and then the next day reports Blizz has fixed a bug regarding the same issue.

The whole expertise leveling is stupid anyway. Just remove it at this point.
The whole expertise thing has exactly zero place in an ARP. Funny enough that they thought it would be a good place here after removing weapon skills from their full fledged MMOPG over a decade ago.Other than that, I btw fully agree to the statment here (although it was probably meant sarcastically): "Training Dummies are meant to train you, after all!"
