Imagine thinking you can trash talk a company you work for publicly and then think there are no consequences. I am not lover of blizzard's practices but this is basic common sense. you don't trash a business publicly. you do that with your friend while out for drinks.
I can’t really blame them, there isn’t a good reason to end work from home when it works as well as it does. I’d be mad too albeit I probably wouldn’t use profanity
"Charges"They're a $%^&ing union, they have no authority
Sounds like they threw a fit and then was fired. I wouldn't expect to keep my job if I went off on the boss either.
lol why is a company firing unruly employees news
Yeah, that'll go far. LOL
So the Union is literally trying to defend the act of people throwing tantrums and having meltdowns at work?
This is a great example of the decline of journalism. Now we get copy pasted half truths. The Communications Workers Union is NOT a Government Organization , therefore they cannot file charges against anyone. They filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board, which is Government body that COULD bring charges against Activision. The NLRB could decline very easily decline the complaint if the board determines no violation occurred.
Can they leave Blizzard alone for a %^&*ing second? Holy %^&*... it's getting annoying

I'm chomping at the bit to know what the "strong language" is. Placing my bets on it being made up bull&*!@ like acting as if the f word is on the same level as a slur, or artificial crap like when some sites ban users from calling each other "sh*lls". Your average $%^&head at work does not get the CWA on his side.
