Dragonflight Patch 10.2 Hotfixes for Nov 9th

Here are today’s hotfixes:November 9, 2023Classes

Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the talent frame to show the incorrect number of points on talents when trying to refund talent points for Priest, Demon Hunter, and Rogue.
Druid

Guardian

Fixed an issue causing Blood Frenzy to not benefit from Haste or Cycle of Life and Death.

Priest

Discipline

Ultimate Penitence now clears root effects when cast, instead of returning the error message “You are unable to move.”

Items

Fixed an issue with Paracausal Fragment of Thunderfin, Humid Blade of the Tideseeker where the trinket effect was not functioning properly.
The Sarannis’ Mystic Sheen absorb is reduced by 68% and the cloak now has primary stats.

Professions

You can now place crafting orders for Mark of the Auric Dreamstag.
Alchemy

Fixed an issue that prevented Phial and Potion cauldrons from being usable in non-keystone Mythic dungeons.
Fixed an issue that sometimes allowed for Phial auras to persist in rated PvP environments and Battleground Blitz.

Jewelcrafting

Cataclysm Jewelcrafting figurines now drop for all classes to aid with completion of the Fantastic Figurines achievement.

Reputation

Dream Wardens reputation from Emerald Dewdrop contributions into Medium and Large Emerald Blooms during Emerald Bounty now reward a large amount of reputation with the first five each week.

User Interface

The Quest Journal will now properly display the Emerald Dream portal in the Emerald Conclave in Valdrakken.

Wrath of the Lich King Classic

310% mounts now correctly fly at 310% speed in Outland.

still a &*!@ decision if you allow me this language... if you dont want to force ppl to farm 18 after serveral other ppl did and reached it with the other amount of rep they gained in the first place revert/convert it to the current amount they would get or just drop the requirement for this damn augment rune to 5 or something so really noone has to feel getting forced to farm reputation... ppl already have access to this rune and now you putting a wall to the non abuser... what a shame

what is the reason that it insults you me arguing about a non equality not having it while other ppl have it due to a grind which wasnt intended and got replaced? is it that unrelevent to you that this patch lost its equality in under 2 days? It feels like they doing decisions based on their mood - obv it is unintended to gain this rune this early. But having a pvp trophy results to a revertation. If Blizz screws up and makes something infinitely farmable, then guess what? that is something they shoudl just keep in the game. Not wait until a bunch of sweats exploit the system and jump way ahead of everyone else before then taking action.
If that's a problem, then the only FAIR thing to do is to revert everyone's renown to 9 or whatever it would be by Friday (PST) since that's where most other people are "supposed" to be.

It's dificult to trust the integrity of the game when these little "whoopsies" happen again and again and again each patch. It's starting to feel intentional (let's let the world first people jump way ahead before we push everyone else to the back of the bus).

You can make fun of the person who complained if that blows your skirt up; but the lack of integrity that Blizzard is showing here each patch is getting old. They even decided to move a transmog today to a different achievement for literally no reason; once again pissing off customers who were working towards it.Comment by fendred
I've made my stance clear on the impact of this change. It's disappointing that there isn't more consideration for potential alternatives. Nevertheless, let's conclude the discussion here. Copying top guilds' "tech" and "playstyle" gone so bad over the years, no wonder why 5 specs are allowed into m+ out of 39:
people check raiderio/bigger streamers, see what they pushing with = must be the best (which is true if they dont play on alts) = only these specs CAN do the dungeons = gg to non-meta players.
Up until 18s which is the level for myth track items every spec are able to do these dungeons, but hey, you try to apply with other specs? declineComment by Andydawg1Can we not forget that the Guardian hotfix didn't actually work. Still getting less rage ticks than the thrash dot tick.Comment by lovelywazHere I am, STILL sitting at 3 - 6 Renown on some of my toons, even on main for Loamm Niffen (or haven't unlocked yet on some toons) and now for this new grindfest, I am still at 7 on a Human toon after doing most of the quests with DMF buff. Still have some side quests left.

Other than rune, which I end up getting for FREE on my Tank/Healer alts whenever bonus satchel is up, there's nothing interests me when it comes to xmog/pets/mounts.

We are just three days into the patch, not even a whole week and we literally have MONTHs to spend countless hours in that zone. I would rather wait and do weekly/one time quests that reward huge chunk of rep and get things done in few weeks than become a sleepless no-life grinding robot.
