Dreamsurge Learnings reputation bonus decreased to 30% (was 50%)

Experience andgains increased by 50%. Dragon Isles reputation gains increased by 50%.30%. Excludes Dream Wardens.

The nerf to 30%? That's punishment. They're spitefully punishing the players for daring to plan for something that they utterly failed to predict that was more than obvious. They're punishing players because they don't like feeling like they made a mistake.
