I think all glyphs and glyph exp should be account wide, same with paragon points as well. Making a new character right now is brutally painful
We actually wrote this article because we found a lot of search traffic from people asking, "Can you save glyph experience?" So, we thought there would be people who could use it. Also, more than one of us had learned this the hard way, so why not save someone else the experience? If you already knew this, good on you!
It wouldve been nice if next season, the XP you put into the glyph would carry over since I know there are not alot of people who have max level glyphs in play (21 levels in total). You got 5 glyphs you need to max and a couple on the side if you decided to swap specs. For me I got 5 glyphs only to the Pulverize build. If I decided to swap, i would have to max out two additional glyphs to make the Werenado build work.
was wondering how it worked but always spend all the xp just in case, still good to know

Not only should it roll over between dungeons, it should roll over between seasons as well!
if the glyph leveling could be doubled that would help with burnout
