Q: Is Aman'Thul's Vision going to be personal drop only or an item drop that can be assigned via Master Looter?

A: You'll find out on November 28th. Not everything needs to be known in advance.

It's completely random whether you get a trinket or not and your chance doesn't depend on the number of people in the raid. Our raid had 6/14 players get a trinket. Others had 2/30 players and 4/30 players.

The chance to get Aman'Thul's Vision appears to be completely separate from the chance to get your spec's epic trinket and you can get both on a kill if you're lucky enough.

Aman'Thul's Vision appears to have a significantly lower drop rate than the other epic trinkets.

This week, Pantheon's Blessing did not drop on the first kill and will likely drop starting next week.

Each of the five epic trinkets are restricted to their role. While a player can equip off-spec trinkets, such as a Blood Death Knight using Khaz'goroth's Courage, there is hefty -50% proc rate and damage penalty for doing so, making it ineffective in most situations.

Epic trinkets are listed at item level 940 on all difficulties, and so are unlikely to be able to warforge. They can, however, be upgraded using a consumable item dropped by Argus, Pantheon's Blessing. It's expected that this item drops only once per week across difficulties, similar to Crystallized Fel from Warlords of Draenor.

Aman'Thul's Vision is usable by all roles and starts at item level 1000, rather than 940. This makes it very powerful if obtained early, but it cannot be upgraded, so epic trinkets will catch up over time. Due to these bonuses and being a legendary, it's expected to be much more rare than the other five.

While it won't function in Mythic+ we did change the six requirement so you only need four unique buffs to trigger the Pantheon secondary proc inside Antorus. You can have any possible combination of the unique five to activate this additional proc. Aman'Thul's Vision ignores the rule as a "wildcard" filling any gap that you might be missing from the other five.

So for example you can have two Aman'Thul's and two of the other uniques and it will trigger the Pantheon proc.

Aman'Thul's Vision appears to be the best option for Tanks, Mages, Warlocks, Arms Warriors, Beast Mastery Hunters, Elemental Shamans, Frost DKs, Marksman Hunters, Retribution Paladins, and Shadow Priests

Healers are split, while Rogues, Balance Druids, Enhancement Shamans, Feral Druids, Fury Warriors, Havoc Demon Hunters, Survival Hunters, Unholy DKs, and Windwalker Monks will most likely favor their epic trinkets.

It's weird; Blizzard says they don't want to create too much of a power gap by requiring certain kinds of content to unlock traits or a third relic slot, but they're happy giving all raiders but LFR a third legendary, of all things.Comment by RaindanceEUI'm pretty sure Amanthul's vision is going to be bis for almost every spec.
