Fantastic Pixel Castle (FPC) is a new studio founded in 2023 to create our take on a modernized fantasy MMORPG, codenamed Ghost.

WHEN WHERE AND HOW CAN I PLAY
Our goal is to move as quickly as we can in development, and we have many advantages that will help us bring Ghost to you faster than is typical for AAA games. We will also include you early in development and are committed to making even major changes based on your feedback. We will bounce ideas off of interested players from time to time, and when we are ready for playtesters, we will absolutely make sure you know.

Our initial development efforts are focused on PC, and ideally we will ship on consoles as well. We plan to ship our game globally and to localize into many languages.

And while it is too soon to go into a lot of detail about our business model (and seriously, it is still evolving), don't worry about excessive gacha mechanics, endless loot boxes, pay to win or the like. We want you to feel good about investing your time and money in this experience.

We are unbelievably excited about the opportunity to make this game for you and with you.

It seems like we get former dev company/game announcements somewhat regularly and then nothing happens. Or the projected date is like five+ years off in the future and no one actually cares at that point.
