Dungeon Assistance

When in following mode, NPCs will follow you and engage with mobs only if you attack them first.

When in leading mode, NPCs will progress through the dungeon by themselves, acting like a normal group would.

I put NPC on lead mode. As a DPS I overpulled into the tank. The tank died, and did not release. The rest of the group was able to kill the big trash pack. Tank finally released (or was rezzed, I didn't see) but then just stood around. We didn't have an unfreed Tuskarr near us at that time. I finally pulled a pack and that got the tank going again.
Tank got feared into a "hole" area near entrance (between side of cliff and fallen tree) and stopped moving. I jumped in same hole, and was able to easily path out, albeit with jumping. I toggled follow/lead button, didn't do anything. I ran far away and finally they got out, but I don't know how.
When the NPC wait on your to do a mechanic (such as opening cages), they can get stuck if the pack they were fighting fears them far away from the cage. I had tank stand still in the middle of the path pretty far from the cage, but they were kinda facing it. Once I figured out what it was waiting on, it was fine. This would be a great place for NPC to give lines of dialogue.

Overall, for the first iteration up for testing, I thought it went pretty well. I can see dungeons with special mechanics (like cages) tripping them up though. I saw MrGM run Uldaman with this, and he didn't have Austin Huxworth. He had Shuja Grimaxe.

But he was doing it on a Hunter, not a caster like in the video. Let us select a dungeon team from our warband. Even if it is just cosmetic fantasy at a minimum. But better would be they scale with item level of alts. Make it an adventure experience for our alts.
