Hallow's End Event is live for North American Realms on Wrath Classic. The event will last from October 18 to November 1, giving players plenty of time to obtain all the necessary achievements for Hallowed Be Thy Name.

You can only get the Loot-Filled Bag and 2 Emblems once per day, from queuing from the Random Dungeon Finder Tool. After that, you can continuously farm The Headless Horseman for more chances at a Ring drop (however, you are still restricted to the 5 dungeons per hour rule)!
