S: These are the classes that have the highest survivability, a large toolkit to help them handle any situation the game throws at them, and lack the common beginner traps that may be present in the lower tiered classes. These classes can easily solo most difficult quests.

A: These classes are nearly as safe and efficient as the S tier specs, however, they typically have slightly smaller or less globally effective toolkits. Most also have some weaknesses that may catch inexperienced players off guard and result in quick deaths. Classes in this tier have an easy time handling most of the difficult quests in the game.

B: This category is composed of classes that are viable and strong while leveling, but may require more knowledge or gear to level as safely as the higher tier classes. They also may not have as many escape tools. While they can do difficult quests, it requires high knowledge of the game and the quest, and is not typically recommended as their toolkits are not as fleshed out or not powerful enough to handle tougher quests easily.

C: These classes have minimal escape tools, a heavy reliance on gear, and are outperformed by other classes through the majority of the leveling experience. They may struggle even on regular normal quests if their gear is not kept up to date.

Lock needs to fear juggle and micro a pet around.

Yeah, no chance in hell that Priest is B tier even with a "new" player. Like ok you have vanish and some CC, but you also have to deal with constantly missing attacks and having to always go find and equip the best weapons to get real damage output, they are by no means S tier and require a lot of game knowledge to play well.

Whoever wrote this knows very little about WoW and even less about hardcore...

Here's a more accurate list and even take this with a pinch of salt cause it will depend on your knowledge and ability, some classes could move up or down based on that, but as a basic list for a new player:

S: Hunter
A: Mage, Druid, Priest
B: Paladin, Warlock, Shaman, Rogue
C: Warrior
