Firestorm swirlies damage increased by 17.6%

Darkflame Cleave debuff reduced to 4 sec (was 6 sec)

I was looking through the encounter journal the other day just out of curiosity, and the description for Shadowflame Cleave already said that the debuff lasted for 4 seconds.
