Fyrakk health increased by 5.37% to 1,539,018,144.
Burning and Dark Colossus add health increased.

I mean, I know they

release what they within Blizz feel like will work, because there was hardly anyone on PTR, even on "come play with us day"

overtune this stuff til the race is impossibly wacky not just hard, because the Race has to be exciting

and then they detune it til it's barely beatable with the absolutely best resources and community support the big guilds can get,

past this point RWF becomes "collect the leaderboard top 20 worldwide"

when the leaderboard is mostly full Blizz looks over the genuine backend things and raider.io stats...

then rearranges LFR, Normal, Heroic, Mythic to match what Merely Competent Instead of Olympic Godlings can do.

Even the race out.Comment by BlightroseNA absolutely has an advantage but only on either piss easy raids (see Aberrus) or on reset days when they can get another round of mythic gear and splits before other regions can.
Other than that, being first has its advantages and its drawbacks.
