Based on the aura descriptions of the few druid ones with non-placeholder spells, I think these may be given during a quest to obtain one of the new Runes. It sounds like they may require to use spells in certain ways a number of times to complete an objective.
The big problem with lvling in Classic WoW is this game doesn't want you group to quest together.Low droprate + having to clean 2-3-4 times the entire area of the quest for everyone + you have to loot 8 tails of the wolfs but there is only 5 wolfs spawn every 5min + getting less xp in groupThey really need to change this.
The Libram of Blessings sounds like it modifies paladin blessings, I assuming probably there duration, as they're only last 5minutes
