New Lost and Found NPC in Booty Bay - WoW Classic

In the latest update to WoW Classic, Patch 1.15.0, Blizzard has added a new NPC to Booty Bay named "Rix Xizzix" who is a Lost and Found Vendor. Rix Xizzix will vendor green quality quest rewards, that for whatever reason aren't typically available for Item Restoration. Items like

can be found on the bottom layer of Booty Bay, standing just outside the Old Port Authority near some shipping crates.

They should change the name "classic" because it's not classic wow anymore
