Can't wait for these cool options to not be added to the game through gameplay, but instead to the trading post to try and overwhelm our limited trader's tender we can earn each month, pressuring us to buy more from the in-game shop.
The idea is great. I've always wanted over the shoulder cloaks. But these aren't it chief. These are two strips of shoulder cloth we need to awkwardly combine with the matching cloak and they don't even remotely loo like one piece it so.. awkward. =/ I know the game engine + them not wanting things to look too janky limits them but idk. This feels like the one time it was going to happen and the outcome isn't ideal.

So close.....and yet miles away. Blizzard, no more shoulder clasp brooches. Have the edges pinned, buckled and/or tied together in the center at the front of the chest. While I like the thrown over the shoulder look, the "wings" I guess look funny. Just let it hang down over our sides....yes, that means adding in some more animations. You're almost there.
These aren't capes... :/These shoulder curtains... They don't even go down as far as the capes...
This would be cool if they were shoulders. The only pic that looks decent is the one where they have both cloaks on at the same time as an example of the colors. But of course we can't mog two cloaks at once in game.
