Even though I completed the reward track, before it disappears, I went to click preview on the item icon and now is showing these two swords in my transmog preview. It shows their full names and display in-game, even though I can't find them in the journal.

~~They appear to have been hotfixed into being added to the monthly trading post filling the bar reward, but those people who got that already can grab them from the vendor by the trading post instead.~~

They are unavailable but listed on the Suspicious Trader vendor next to the Trading Post with the error text "This item is not available for direct sale. Consult your Traveler's Log for how to obtain the Cosmic Weapon Cache."
