FFS Blizzard fix your damn game, get rid of microtransactions and this outfit stupidity and be respected again as a company. Are the atrocious reviews on STEAM not warning enough? It's like they're literally trying to drag the game itself into hell.
'' Let them cook '' haha. Sure. They've been cooking for 6 years +, 9000 employees and they've certainly cooked a sh** stew. Season 2 didn't fix the game. It fixed a couple minor annoyances. However, game is just as bad as it was, nothing major was done. If for you, all Diablo 4 needed was a little spit and polish, sure. Sure, Diablo 4 is amazing now. For me, Diablo 4 didn't need a lift, it didn't need a little boost, it needs a rework. Itemization, which is for me (and I suspect a lot of people) the major reason to play an ARPG, still sucks. End game activities still feel AI generated and still suck. Want to do a another cellar ? Another ? Another ? Want to kill all these monsters in that area ? Another ? Another ? Want to take that magic box to that altar ? Another ? Another ? Want to clear that stronghold ? Again ? Again ? And every area is scaled up, and at the end of the day, feel the same. And leveling is still such a chore. Leveling should feel fun from A to Z - because guess what, that's the game. Game doesn't start at level 70. Oh I'll let them cook. However, praising season 2 is ... let's just say unnecessary. Blizzard should feel the burn. That's the best way to help the game. Roast them. Because god knows the game doesn't deserve any praise - other than visually.Other than that, horse gameplay still feels clunky. Let me jump down, kill that, horse up, move 2 yards, jump down, wait 3 seconds, do that, wait for dialogue, horse up. HUGH. Inventory still gets cluttered up real fast. I don't care about your vampire powers that will go away in 2 months. F*** your seasons. You know these world quests ? Come up across 3 dudes on the ground, 3 caravans on the ground, 3 blood sigils thingy on the ground ? THEY'RE ALL THE SAME AND THEY'RE BORING. DO THEM ONCE AND NEVER WANT TO DO THEM AGAIN. Then you'll say, don't do them. I don't, BUT WHY ARE THEY IN THE GAME ?Nope. Nope. Game sucks. I could go on and on. Season 2 is a bandaid on a gushing wound.
Anyone acting like the game is pure garbage is just being an immature whiny child, it has problems sure but it's still an alright game, you're just upset it didn't have everything exactly like you wanted and since you're a spoiled whiny brat you're screaming to try to get what you want like you did with your parents but find that doesn't work as an adult usually. The fact you can't just move on and find something you enjoy instead of being toxic and over emotional about it because the game isn't exactly how you imagined it is just sad, try getting therapy.
