Weathered Explorer's Stave has been bugged since launch. Haste proc isn't decreased in timewalking with other scaling. I've reported it to a few outlets and even submitted a ticket. Timewalking includes Mage Tower :)

What am I missing seeing on those boots? Is there meant to be another stat? My tooltip doesn't show any spirit at all.
I didn't even know they still had items with Spirit on them. These look like a Hunter weapon.
