Should be lowered even further so that you have all of them at level 50.

if you play actively and focus on levelling then the ashes are still a bit out of reach but feels a lot better than before.
They should be removed from the pass and put in the journey with the level requirement removed entirely. Anything less is just them trying to slowly sneak pay to win in as if you get to the level requirement first, before the ash, it becomes player power for money as buying tiers will get you faster progress on character
The first 4 (the only ones that matter) should be 10-20-30-40. The others they can put where they want, they are useless for leveling.Ah, also change the bonus XP to 5-10-15-20% please.
