Note that Aru and Belika are also wandering around Maruukai and Belika is glowy with an exclamation mark like you can interact with the npc. For the quest you need to go to /way 28, 46

Hi all

I present You Storyline Bonds Renewed. This Storyline is part of Ohn'a'Roll which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Storyline in order I done it:

1. Chasing the Wind - Conversation will start then speak with Khanam Matra Sarest and go to 73 40.6
2. Nokhud Can Come of This - Slay Nokhud soldiers until 100%, then kill Warmonger Kharad 76.2 40.8
3. Blowing of the Horn - speak with quest giver and movie will start.
4. Green Dragon Down - Go to 72.4 50.3 and speak with Khanam Matra Sarest, conversation will start.
5. With the Wind at Our Backs - Jump on Gerithus.
6. Shady Sanctuary - Speak with 5 NPC:
- Viranikus 29.7 60 high on platform
- Sariosa 29.8 57.7
- Aronus 29.3 56.4
- Sidra the Mender 30.2 55.7
- Guard-Captain Alowen 29 55.2
Reward is Winds of the Isles Unlock and Windborne Velocidrake.
7. The Primalist Front - Fly and speak with 3 NPC:
- Belika 27.5 46
- Boku 25.7 44.3
- Ohn Seshteng 26.2 40
Then Speak with Merithra 25.6 40.5 Movie will start.
8. Justice for Solethus - Slay and destroy 3 Nokhud Warmonger and Dragon-Killer Ballista, they are together. Location: /way 25 40 /way 24.5 38.5 /way 25.3 37.8. During that quest You can do autoquest The Storm Scar.
9a. Deconstruct Additional Pylons - Use on 3 Primalist Pylon skill from extra bar. Location of 3 Primalist Pylon: /way 23.8 39.5 /way 23 37.5 /way 21.4 37.5. If extra bar not working do reload and restart quest ( quest giove is with you any way ).
9b. Starve the Storm - Go to cave 24 35.8 and Kill Primalist Storm-Summoners to close the Storm Corridor Portal.
11. Stormbreaker - First slay Stormbound Proto-Drake then Koroleth will showup and kill Her to. After that jump on Gerithus 22.8 40.
12. The Isle of Emerald - go to Merithra 22.2 51
13. Renewal of Vows - Speak with NPC in order and pick correct dialog:
- Sansok Khan - <Suggest a trophy from her first hunt.> then take the Shikaar Spear from him and give to Merithra.
- Tigari Khan - <Suggest she offer an eagle feather.> then take the Ohuna Feather from him and give to Merithra.
- Khanam Matra Sarest - <Suggest she offer blood.> then take the Horn of the Khanam Matra from him and give to Merithra.
Then Speak with Khanam Matra Sarest one more time to start Video. Reward is Renewed Proto-Drake: Curled Horns this Quest is finishing Storyline and you wil reach Ohn'a'Roll.

Had an issue where I was grouped with someone and they couldn't see the wind gust thingy. They were still able to complete the quest, though... not entirely sure if I got them credit by stepping into the wind or if you just don't need to do that step? Not sure what exactly happened. They finished the quest, and then I wasn't able to. I had to drop the quest and redo it (I also dropped group) and everything worked fine (had to go back a ways to pick up the quest again, though).

Why does Ohn Seshteng say to "Bond with my eagle once more". We've never had to bond with her that I am aware of - seems like a slip up from a quest step that was cut.

The quest description says to speak with Scout Tomul, but the quest objectives indicate to speak with Boku instead, i think someone copy-pasted incorrect NPC name in the description.

When you bond with the eagle for Ohn Seshteng's step of the quest, you can immediately "exit vehicle" to complete the step instead of waiting for it to finish.

Description

The Khanam Matra sent word that she and her forces have arrived in the Emerald Gardens. They've located Koroleth and her Primalists. It appears a massive enemy invasion is gathering on a beach to the north. Wisely, she has several scouts watching strategic locations around the battlefield. Go and collect their reports, then meet me and my forces at the battlefront. Glory awaits us in battle, and, if we succeed, there will be vengeance.
