The below hotfixes have been applied or will be applied to the Guardians of the Dream PTR as hotfixes over the course of this week and next week.
CLASSES- DEMON HUNTER
Havoc
Demon Hide bonus to magic damage reduced to 3% (was 4%). - Fel Barrage damage reduced by 6%.
- Shattered Destiny now requires 12 Fury spent per increase to demon form duration (was 10 Fury).
Vengeance - Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (2) Set Bonus – Flare Up damage now benefits from talents that increase Fire damage.
EVOKER - Preservation
Developers’ note: We have concerns about the amount of Essence Bursts Preservation is able to generate through the new 2 piece bonus, so we’re reducing the number of Living Flames it can cast. We are also tweaking the 4 piece bonus to be more consistent with its language, and increasing its power a bit to compensate since it will be losing some effectiveness due to these tweaks. - Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (2) Set Bonus – Now casts up to 3 Living Flames (was 5).
- Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (4) Set Bonus – Echo no longer does a direct heal when it is applied.
- Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (4) Set Bonus – Now applies Echo at 70% power (was 50% ).
HUNTER - Marksmanship
Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope set bonuses have been reworked to add more single target damage:
(2) Set Bonus – Now increases Rapid Fire damage, and causes Rapid Fire to launch a Volley when empowered by Trick Shots. - (4) Set Bonus – Now gives a chance when spending Focus to reset the cooldown of Rapid Fire, and cause it to fire 100% more shots during its channel.
ROGUE - Assassination
Garrote damage increased by 8%. - Rupture damage increased by 20%.
- Deathmark damage increased by 13%.
- Zoldyck Recipe now applies to its intended damage sources, now including: Envenom, Sepsis, Vicious Venoms, Envenomous Explosion (Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (4) set bonus).
- Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (4) Set Bonus – Envenomous Explosion damage reduced by 10%.
Outlaw - Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (4) Set Bonus – Additional chance for Sinister Strike to strike an additional time reduced to 10% (was 15%).
Subtlety - Poison and Bleed skills converted to Shadow damage via Dark Brew now correctly benefit from Veiltouched and Deeper Daggers.
- Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (2) Set Bonus has been adjusted:
Summoned shadow clone finisher deals 70% damage of the triggering finisher (was 50%). - Proc rate per finishing move adjusted.
- Shadow Rupture no longer stacks and duration increased to 16 seconds (was 8 seconds).
- Shadow clone finisher damage should now consistently scale with talents that modify Shadow damage.
Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (4) Set Bonus – Increases all shadow clone damage by 20% (was 10%).
SHAMAN - Enhancement
All ability damage dealt reduced by 3%.
ITEMS- PROFESSIONS
Haste no longer affects the chance to trigger the following embellishments:

- Allied Heartwarming Fur Coat
- Allied Wristguards of Time Dilation
- Azureweave Vestments (2) Set Bonus
