Those Rose buffs might be a reference to a set of.. rings? in presumably D&D (know them via BG3, and only watching a stream) that a pair of characters can use to buff each other. The duration of (up to) 168 hours is one week, one lockout, something that's similar to a Long Rest.

It's a shame we're getting all this cute stuff for the people that aren't into it. No new transmogs for Brewfest or Hallow's Eve for people who like cooler and edgier stuff, but two cutesy sets back to back for other events.Still nice that we're getting this, of course. I don't want Blizzard to not put this into the game, I just wish I had gotten something I liked in the events that I like.Oops, posted this under the wrong article.
