Those hero talents look like a scrapped feature that was shown in the early releases of the dragonflight talent system. They were upfront about them being scrapped but cool to see they were planning something like this before

Hopefully the warband is not limited and you can put all your characters in there, cause damn would this be ouchie otherwise.
The account wide stuff alone worth everything for me, even if they just deliver half of what i want.
Edit: the following was written with the impression that "Warbands" are limited small groups among your characters, but apparently it truly means "account-wide everything".Unsure about Warbands, seems like a half-baked implementation of "account-wide everything" that's gonna feel outdated by 12.0
