Nice! Love these contests!
does this new droprate also apply for wotlk classic? most people got it during their 1st try on the very first day of the event. Two days later, we got a nerf that made it impossible to disenchant or sell the epic necks! However, we did not get a single information about it for WoW Wotlk Classic! I had almost 300 kills with no luck
I haven't even participated and I want my money and time back. The rewards are lackluster to say the least lol. What?
Uh, those "Saurfang and Greymane" statues you linked to are a generic Orc grunt and a generic Alliance footman.
I'm feeling LUCKY!
with all this crab increase until now no rocket drop lol
For all the last contests there was a way to enter without letting a 3rd party website use and sell our privacy data, but for this one there is only the privacy data selling option?
There should probably be more details on how to enter. I am already logged into WowHead so did not realize it was not a simple click to enter but rather I was required to log in to another of my accounts. WHO IS GLEAM? And exactly why would I AUTHORIZE some unknown entity have all the details of my subscription to "a" channel? Which channel? What do they intend to do with all my details? And they will be authorized to "Edit follows"? Why? In what way? And finally I must authorize them to "Read email address and email verification status" PLUS give authorization for to have my twitch account information; however it warns me to "Only click Authorize if trust Gleam." Which brings me back to WHO IS GLEAM? How am I supposed to "trust" an unknow entity? I am requested to authorize all of this invasion of privacy for a remote chance to win a plushie? No thank you. But I would still like to know who in the world is Gleam?
Yes,...Gleam - I will pass.Good luck to those who enter! Fingers crossed. On a positive (and lucky) note,.this year was my year for the LoveRocket! Finally!I took my "lucky Panda Monk on the second day for the first run (with "increased odds" and lo and behold! She got it! :) So finally after many years of trying,...no more runs needed. So I shall pass on my good luck wishing to another person! :)Seems my last post from last time mentioning back to the drawing board for 2023 paid off,...lolhttps://www.wowhead.com/news/love-is-in-the-air-through-february-21st-chance-at-x-45-heartbreaker-mount-325890?page=3#commentsGood luck to all for both things :)
Aside from the Pepe Ardenweald (I'm sorry, he's kind of creepy), these prizes look really cute. Good luck to everybody entering!
I've had the Big Love Rocket since 2010 and I am so happy they are finally increasing the drop rate on this so more people can enjoy it! I wish everyone the best of luck getting it this year!
Sadly I used to love Wowhead contests. I have even won a few times. But I do not like this 3rd party app. I get that the overhead of a contest is time-consuming, but I despise the information grab by this 3rd party company and refuse to authorize them. As long as this is the only option, I will not be participating. Good luck to the other entrants.
If Gleem gets my wowhead info they already have that BUT my sign-in to other web services is a definite no-no
I don't trust Gleam. Wish the contests were run by WoWhead again.
15 years of nearly daily playing, 14 characters each dungeon attempt . . .Still no: X-45 Heartbreaker for me.
I think it's very important to be savvy online, but I'm intrigued by all this paranoia about Gleam. Gleam is just a way for Wowhead to gather your information for the contest (and in turn advertise the contest on social media). If you don't trust Wowhead then it doesn't matter who they use to run the contest... You shouldn't enter it. Ironically there are those who don't trust Gleam that probably use Google, which unabashedly sells your data on a regular basis.
