Stuff like Gorefiends, RoP, Explosive trap,Typhoon, and Evoker are probably enough.

Watching some of the clips from Echo it seems like they CC a far edge and then do knocks into a gorefiends to get them all tight for the first set. For the second they are using more knocks into slapy hands? It doesn't seem like belt tinker is being assigned for anything but I could be wrong.

It just looks like these top guilds are pulling out all the stops to get the kill on Fyrakk, the final boss. Including race swaps and eng tinkers. Saying “be prepared to drop your prof to go engi if you want CE this tier” is so disingenuous it’s unreal. They’re telling people something they know will never actually be required by the time 99% of CE guilds get to the boss, will be required so that whatever blizzard employee reads this will have a problem with that and disable it working in instances.
