I really wish Blizzard realized that the community is capable of handling more than 4 affixes on an item. Having 6-8 wouldn't cause a panic, Blizz, trust me, it would actually make loot more interesting. This item basically only has 3 affixes because No Durability Loss may as well not exist, nobody is getting hyped about that. Some affixes should also be their own separate category and not compete with affixes people actually want. Potion Drop Rate and Shrine Buff Duration shouldn't compete with Crit Chance and Vulnerable Damage, because nobody will ever choose the former, so having them is just filler used to create more randomness in drops. If items had 8 total affixes, with 6 being of them being useful, desirable affixes, and 2 of them being minor affixes like Extra Gold and Ignore Durability Loss, itemization would be more interesting than it is currently. Make loot more interesting, it doesn't need to be this dumbed down, there's still a middle ground between what we have now and more complex games.
Time to salvage it to learn the transmog.

Can you stop posting these.What a coincidence that every single Unique was found and started dropping the day that 1.0.3 patch was added.Congratulations! You added undocumented changes and altered the unique drop rate.
As time goes on there will be less and less people playing the game. Which means right now they are at the height of the player count and only 2 have dropped in 1 month. So accounting for player drop off with the rate these are acquired maybe 3 will drop for the whole player base per season and even then 2 months later season reset so now that ultra rare item is now collecting dust because theres literally no reason to play non season. FUN
and its level 78 so its literally just vendor trash lol
